Cancelation Policy

For 1 or 2 rooms reserved you can cancel up 2pm on the day prior to reservation. After this full charge will be made (whatever the reason for cancelling), after this full payment for the room will be charged.
3 rooms reserved require 48 hours notice or full payment will be required.
4 or more rooms cancellation will be advised at time of booking.
We advise guests to check their travel insurance if they think they may need to cancel at late notice.

Damages

We reserve the right to invoice guests for any damages, accidental or otherwise to our premises and contents. Any missing items from your room will be charged accordingly and treated as theft.
